• Surgepix solemnly commits that it will never sell any user information and will protect the basic and sensitive personal information, including your email address, mobile phone number, and full name.
• Surgepix has implemented effective measures to protect your personal privacy. Unless required by law or mandatory government directive, we will not provide any user's personal information to unrelated third parties (including companies or individuals) without the user's permission.

  I. Information We Collect and How We Use It

  In order to provide you with basic services and various optimized services, we may collect two categories of information. For basic services, we collect information with your consent and authorization — without such authorization, Surgepix will be unable to provide basic services to you. For value-added optimization services, you may choose whether to authorize Surgepix to collect your information; if you do not authorize, Surgepix will be unable to provide those optimization services, but this will not affect your ability to use basic services and functions.

  (I) Personal Information Collected and Used in Core Business Functions

  1. User-Submitted Information: When you register with Surgepix, you are required to provide WeChat-related information, mobile phone number, etc. We collect this information to help you complete account registration and protect your account security. If you do not provide this information, we will be unable to create an account for you or provide services normally. Additionally, your email address is collected to identify you or to communicate with you. We use legally valid methods to verify the accuracy and validity of your personal information.
  2. Service Requests: When you use certain Surgepix features and wish to receive creative outputs or downloadable results, we may require you to provide an email address or contact information. If you do not consent to us collecting this information, you may be unable to receive certain deliverables, but this will not affect your ability to use the core platform features.
  3. During your use of Surgepix services, in order to identify abnormal account status, understand product compatibility, and provide you with page displays and search results more suited to your needs, we may automatically collect your usage information and store it as network log data, including:
• • (1) Device Information: Based on your specific operations and background activity during access or use, we receive and record information about the device you are using (including device brand and model, operating system version, screen resolution, network type, Android ID, IDFA, IMEI). To collect this information, we need to invoke the phone status and Wi-Fi status permissions on your device. We collect this information to ensure network access and application security. Since you cannot disable the collection of this data, if you do not provide such information, you will be unable to use our services.
  • (2) Service Log Information: When you use Surgepix services, we automatically collect detailed usage data as service logs, including but not limited to browsing history, search content, click-view records, transaction records, IP addresses, browser type, telecom carrier, language used, and access dates and times.
    Please note that device information and service log information alone cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, then during the period of combined use, it will be treated as personal information. Unless authorized by you or otherwise required by law, we will anonymize such information.
    4. To Complete Value-Added Service Order Payment: You will need to provide a third-party payment platform (Alipay, WeChat Pay) account and select a payment method. We will share your username, the corresponding third-party payment platform account name, order payment-related information, order security-related device information, and other information required by anti-money-laundering laws with the third-party payment platform through an embedded SDK. The third-party payment platform will be granted permission to access your network connection, phone information, and network and Wi-Fi status.

    II. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

    1. Cookies are a mechanism that supports servers (or scripts) to store and retrieve information on the client side. When you use Surgepix products or services, to provide you with an easier and more secure access experience, we may use Cookies or similar technologies to collect and store information, and in the process may send one or more Cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. This is done to collect your information to understand your preferences, conduct analysis, improve products and services and user experience, or to detect and prevent security risks in a timely manner to provide you with better service. We will not use Cookies for any purposes beyond those described in this Policy. You may retain or delete Cookies at your own preference. You may clear all Cookies saved in the software; once manually cleared, your related information will be deleted.
    2. You may set your preferences to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or receive a notification when a cookie is set. However, you must have cookies enabled to use the services provided by Surgepix.
    3. To ensure the stable operation of relevant Surgepix functions and applications, we may integrate Software Development Kits (SDKs) provided by third parties for related purposes. We implement strict security monitoring on SDK tools provided by partners to ensure your information security.

    III. How We Disclose, Share, and Transfer Information

    1. User information will be categorized and displayed to their contacts according to the user's personal preferences. Surgepix will not provide your personal information to anyone, with the following exceptions:
  • (1) Where explicit authorization has been obtained from the user;
  • (2) As required by relevant laws and regulations, or at the request of a court or relevant government authority;
  • (3) To protect the legitimate rights and interests of Surgepix;
  • (4) To protect the legitimate rights and interests of Surgepix users and the general public;
  • (5) Other circumstances that Surgepix deems necessary.
    2. When you use Surgepix products, certain services or features require the use of third-party SDKs, or the relevant services are directly provided by third-party SDKs.
    3. Without your explicit consent, Surgepix will not transfer your information to any entity. If Surgepix discovers that a user is engaged in such behavior, we will terminate cooperation and pursue liability.

    IV. How We Protect and Store Information

    1. We will take strict measures to protect your privacy and ensure that your privacy rights are not violated in any way. Whenever you provide us with any personal information, we will take effective measures to protect your information (except as required by law or mandatory government directive).
    2. We collect information on the premise of providing you with better services, and we avoid collecting information unrelated to the services we provide you. We store the information we collect on our domestic servers and retain your information for the period necessary to provide services to you.
    3. Surgepix will not retain your information beyond the necessary period. When you choose to withdraw, terminate services, cancel your account, or when Surgepix no longer provides services to you, Surgepix will delete your information.

    V. How We Protect Minors' Information

    1. Surgepix provides services to entities with full legal capacity. Persons without legal capacity, children, and minors may not apply for accounts or services without the explicit consent of a guardian.
    2. Even if a person without legal capacity, a child, or a minor has obtained explicit guardian consent, in order to fulfill our responsibility to protect minors and those without legal capacity, we will only provide services or use, disclose, or process information for them where permitted by laws and regulations, supervision, explicit guardian consent, and where necessary to protect minors and those without legal capacity.
    3. In order to effectively protect the legitimate rights of children, we treat all persons under the age of 14 as children.
    4. If we discover that we have collected a child's personal information without prior guardian consent, we will delete the relevant data.

    VI. How We Protect Your Information Rights

    Surgepix guarantees that you may exercise the following rights over your information:
    1. Changing the Scope of Authorization: Each business function requires corresponding personal information to operate. For the collection and use of personal information related to additional features of Surgepix services, you may grant or withdraw your authorization consent at any time. You may contact Surgepix customer service or change your mobile device settings to grant or withdraw consent. After you withdraw consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.
    2. Information Deletion: In the following circumstances, you may contact Surgepix customer service to request data deletion:
  • (1) If Surgepix collected, used, or processed your information without your consent;
  • (2) If Surgepix's collection, use, or processing of information violated its agreement with you;
  • (3) If you are using Surgepix services, or you have already cancelled your Surgepix account;
  • (4) Surgepix no longer provides services to you.
    3. Account Cancellation: You may apply to cancel your account by the following method:
  • (1) You may contact Surgepix customer service to submit your account cancellation request, and we will assist you in applying for account cancellation.

VII. How This Privacy Policy May Change

1. Surgepix may modify this Privacy Policy in accordance with laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, changes in services, and the necessity of collecting information. If there are significant changes to the way user personal information is handled, we will notify you by email or other prominent means.

2. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy. We will publish any changes to this Privacy Policy on a dedicated page. For significant changes, we will also provide more prominent notice (such as platform announcements or pop-up notifications), specifying the specific content of the changes.
