Export & Share Your Work

Export & Download

When your design is ready, export it straight from the canvas in the format you need.

How to export

  1. In a Project, click Export in the top-right.
  2. Choose an Export format:
    • JPG / PNG — flat images for quick sharing.
    • SVG — scalable vector, ideal for further editing.
    • PDF — a print-ready document.
    • PPTX — an editable PowerPoint deck.
    • JSON — the raw project data.
  3. Under Export designing board, pick All (every board in the project) or Current (just the board you're on).
  4. Click Download.

Other ways to share

  • Share as a Link — a public preview link anyone can open.
  • Publish to the Community — share your design as a template.
